By creating an account, accessing, or using Traicee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Traicee is a transaction coordination platform that uses artificial intelligence to:

• Analyze real estate documents
• Extract key information from contracts
• Generate summaries of transaction documents
• Track deadlines and tasks
• Manage contacts and files

3. AI Technology and Accuracy

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

• Traicee uses artificial intelligence that may produce errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete results
• AI-generated summaries, extracted data, and task lists are provided as convenience tools only
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information extracted or generated by Traicee
• You must review all original source documents before relying on AI-generated content
• Traicee's AI is continuously learning and improving, but perfection cannot be guaranteed
• Critical business decisions should never be made based solely on AI-generated content without human verification

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Traicee, you agree to:

• Review all AI-generated content for accuracy before using it in your business
• Verify all extracted dates, deadlines, parties, and financial information against original documents
• Not rely solely on Traicee for compliance with legal or contractual obligations
• Maintain your own backup systems and verification processes
• Use Traicee as a tool to assist your work, not replace your professional judgment
• Provide accurate information and upload legitimate documents
• Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Traicee is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content
• Traicee shall not be liable for any missed deadlines, contractual errors, financial losses, or damages arising from:
  • Inaccurate AI extraction or analysis
  • Missed or incorrect deadline notifications
  • Errors in document summaries
  • System downtime or technical failures
  • Your reliance on AI-generated content without verification
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Traicee shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

6. Professional Services Disclaimer

Traicee is a software tool and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. The service does not replace the need for:

• Licensed real estate professionals
• Legal counsel
• Compliance review
• Professional judgment and expertise

You should consult with appropriate professionals for specific advice related to your transactions.

7. User Data and Privacy

You retain all rights to the data and documents you upload to Traicee. By using our service, you grant us permission to:

• Store and process your documents to provide the service
• Use AI to analyze and extract information from your documents
• Improve our AI models using anonymized data (with your consent)

8. Account Terms

To use Traicee, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

9. Payment and Subscription

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Founder's pricing customers are locked in at their original rate for life
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the service to spam or harass others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Any reason we deem appropriate, with or without notice

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Traicee's AI is trained on specific state real estate forms. Accuracy may vary by state and form type. We continuously expand our state coverage, but cannot guarantee support for all forms in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for verifying that our service supports your specific state and form requirements.

14. Beta and Pre-Release Features

Some features may be offered as "beta" or pre-release versions. These features:

• Are provided for testing and feedback purposes
• May contain bugs or be incomplete
• May be modified or discontinued without notice
• Should not be used for critical business operations

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traicee, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any reliance on AI-generated content without proper verification

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Traicee shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Traicee regarding your use of the service.
