Based on real transaction data, the average transaction uses about 9 credits. Some documents like title commitments and flyers don't need extraction and can be stored for free, so your actual credit usage may be lower.
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-off credits also expire at your next billing cycle reset.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Traicee is currently fully trained on Utah real estate forms including the REPC, all standard addenda, and the Seller Property Condition Disclosure. We are actively expanding to additional states. Contact us to discuss your state's timeline.
Traicee extracts data at human-level accuracy and shows a confidence score for every field. Fields with lower confidence are flagged for your review. You can always edit any extracted field directly in the system.
